Planning Your Delivery

When you are ready for delivery, we will set up a time to be at your home. If we are running late for any reason, we will contact you prior to your delivery time. 98% of our deliveries are on time or before the scheduled appointment time.

We will move or haul off your old furniture, your choice. We do ask that you have everything that is going to be moved to be clean and empty. Your purchased items will be placed where you want them. If you do not like where you originally planned to place your new furniture, please let our delivery staff know that you would like it moved around while we are there. They will be glad to assist you in any way they can.

We are there to place your new furniture were you want it, but please do not ask us to move your appliances or a piano. That is something we do not do. We do wear our shoes at all times. This is for the safety of the delivery staff, your furniture, and your home. Our staff is excited to assist you in anyway they can.
