Can I purchase individual pieces of a set or do I have to purchase an entire set?
You can purchase individual pieces as long as the items are not sold to us as a packaged set or the items have been packaged because they are discontinued.
Can I purchase items off of the showroom floor or do I have to order them?
You can purchase any items right off of our floor unless they are an advertised special and we are out of stock of the item at that time.
How long do special orders take?
That depends on the product and the manufacturer chosen. Mattresses usually take around two weeks if we are out of stock of the one you choose. Upholstered items usually take between 60 and 90 days depending on the manufacturer. Bedroom suits take between 30 and 90 days depending on the manufacturer.
Do you offer a comfort guarantee on mattresses?
We do not. Most mattress manufacturers frown on comfort guarantees. North Carolina law does not allow us to resell used bedding products. We do our very best to find the right mattress for you. We also give you ample time to lie on your new mattress once you have chosen the one that best meets your needs. We want to assist you in making the best choice the first time.
Do you deliver and how far?
We will deliver our products usually up to 200 miles from our store. We do not use an outside delivery service, so if you need your furniture to go further than that we recommend using an outside delivery service of your choosing.
Can I get this in other colors?
Almost all of our upholstered products have the capability of having a cover of your choosing put on them. A lot of our bedroom suits come in multiple finishes.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday thru Saturday 9 to 6. If you cannot make it within that time frame, please contact us to set up an after-hour’s appointment. We do not make appointments on Sundays.
Can I finance over the phone?
